The staff is to be commended at Modern Toyota as they walked me through looking for a car, understanding and respecting my need for a car James was assuring and helped me to feel confident and comfortable with my purchase. He listened to what I wanted and it appeared he did his due diligence in obtaining and getting what I wanted without showing any stress in dealing with a customer who wanted the world. The day of signing was quick and easy and Yates Moon explained the financing process along the way with a smile and good humor, as well as maintained good eye contact. Overall, I would recommend Modern Toyota as the place to go for a new Toyota product. Because, the staff I dealt with were very professional, non-judgemental, as well as made you feel like you were someone. More
We have bought many Toyotas at Modern! Four Runners, Camry, and a Rav 4. We had another car for 6 months from a dealer down the street, and I did not like that service dept.
