Took my car to be inspected and have a diagnosis done because of warning lights on the display screen. Total cost was almost $5000. I told them to fix only what had to be repaired for an inspection, this because of warning lights on the display screen. Total cost was almost $5000. I told them to fix only what had to be repaired for an inspection, this cost was $2305.30. As I was ready to pay I was informed they had not inspected the car because it was out of the 3 month period allowed of the last inspection. I was told to bring the car back within the 3 month period. The day after I picked the car up the check engine light was on again. I called and set an appointment to have the car looked at again and scheduled to have the inspection done since it was within the 3 month period. I drove the 40 to 45 minutes and sat for 2 hours only to be told they could not find any reason for the check engine light to be on and that it was still to early for an inspection. This time they told me to schedule an inspection had to be two months of the date of registration. I have not had the car inspected in North Carolina and it still had an old inspection sticker from Virginia that expired 11/24. I have no idea when I can get this car inspected but I do know I will not take another car back to the crappy dealership. More
