Feeling cheated Took my Prius in for a standard tune-up. Ran perfectly going in, paid almost $700 for the tune-up, which is ridiculous in the first place, but to add Took my Prius in for a standard tune-up. Had it towed back to make sure they put everything back together properly. And they got back to me with an estimate of over 3k to fix the problem. I won’t slander their name by calling them con artist, even though it is probable, but if they are not cons, then they are awful at their job, and not honorable enough to own up to their mistakes. Either way, I will not trust them with my car again and neither should you. They also offer rewards for reviews, so pay attention to details. More

Great experience buying a new car! Got in touch with Modern Toyota regarding a new Avalon. Allison emailed immediately with a detailed price breakdown for all the options. We took a few more months to finally decide on the specific vehicle and custom ordered our car. Allison gave us the estimated delivery date and a few days before the delivery date, we completed most of the paperwork by phone and e-mail. We setup an appointment to pick up the vehicle and once there it took only a couple of hours to complete everything to drive home the vehicle. Wes Wheeler spent more than an hour explaining all the features of the vehicle. There was no high pressure sales tactics like paint protection, fabric protection, extra oil change etc. that you experience at most other dealerships. Overall a very pleasant buying experience! More
Refused to repair safety recall. There is a safety recall by Toyota that requires them to put sealant on the sensor behind the grill. This is to keep water from getting in and causing your brakes to be applied for no reason going down the road. But because I put an after market grill on the truck. ( Mind you it was made for the sensor and has the original Toyota Emblem that the sensor is behind) they refuse to fix it. Safety takes a back seat to them!!! More

The lady I spoke with was fantastic and actually suggested I come in and look at the 2019 and quoted me a great price. I made an appointment for 06/22 to see a sales person. I came in and was set up with Donald Robertson. I let him know I was interested in a new 2019 Camry. He took me outside in the rain and let me look at the outside of a few cars and told me nothing about them. He took me (and my sister) inside an immediately started pushing a finance application. I had a cosigner who was not present but I was able to get her on the phone and we applied. I was informed we could not be approved that evening since it was late on a Saturday and he would call me Monday. Monday afternoon he informed me Equifax had placed a fraud alert on her and she needed to have it removed. She contact them to have it removed and he told me he would check on it and let me know. Today is July 2nd and I have not heard back from him since June 26th. After the crappy service he gave me, I went to Rice Toyota on June 28th and purchase a new 2019 Camry SE and received the most incredible service. My sister, who was with me, also purchased a new car from there on June 30th. She came with me because she was also in the market for a new car. I will never waste my gas or time driving back to Winston Salem. He made it very clear I was not a big enough sale nor worth his time. I come from a sales background and I would never EVER treat a customer the way he did. When I was at Rice, they told me more about the car in 5 minutes than he did in the whole 3 hours I allowed him to waste. The only reason I got to see the inside of the car was because I asked. He handed me keys and I TOOK MYSELF OUT THERE. His customer service is total garbage. More
