I went 2 times, each for a standard oil change and tire rotation. The first visit took just over 3 hours. The second visit took more than 4. During each visit I never received any updates on the progre rotation. The first visit took just over 3 hours. The second visit took more than 4. During each visit I never received any updates on the progress. No one advised me of why it was taking so long. When I go to Van York, I’m in and out in less than 1 hour. I am extremely unsatisfied with this place. More

A month ago, I had an appointment for service and a recall. When I arrived, I was told 2-3 hours. 2 hours later I was told they didn't have the parts for the recall. Despite this, it took four hours. When I came back for recall, I had an 11am appointment, was told 2:30 or so to finish. At 1:15 I was told the car was going back and it would be 4:30. We'll see if that holds. They they were great when I bought the car. But their scheduling for service is complete xx. Why make appointments and tell me it'll be a certain time if you don't know? If you're coming here for service, just know that no time estimate means anything. Many of the folks in the waiting area have this same story. More
