Modern Toyota Fails to honor warranty I purchased the vehicle new in 2016. I purchased $4.8k in warranty, maintenance, key replacement, ding repair and gap insurance. As reading the contra I purchased the vehicle new in 2016. I purchased $4.8k in warranty, maintenance, key replacement, ding repair and gap insurance. As reading the contract, it states check items. You have to pay for them to be replaced or changed. It had a list of what it did not cover. I went into there and got a refund from them on the extra UNNECESSARY items. Congrats Modern Toyota, you suckered me. More

The service personnel were courteous and prompt. The maintenance performed was clearly explained. I will have my vehicle serviced here every time!
