Awesome Service all the way Through! I have bought 3 new cars over the past 4 years and without in hesitation, Modern Toyota is by far superior in customer service. Even the website is user friendly, which is where I started out. Vicky, an internet sales rep called me the next day. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the process. She invited me to come in and test drive and connect me to a sales agent. Once I got there I was instantly greeted and welcomed. Vicky introduce me to Gopal, who was very friendly and made you feel at ease about the process. Gopal was able to answer my MANY questions, he was very patient and competent in his skills. Steve, the General Sales Manager gave me an awesome unbeatable deal on my trade as well as on my new purchase. Toyota is already a household name in terms of quality, however Modern Toyota brings full service with their outstanding customer service and professionalism. More
