The same can't be said for other dealers I contacted. This, and the positive reviews from actual customers (friends of mine) lead me to Modern. I set up an appointment for 10 am on Saturday and was greeted promptly by Gopal Chandarana. I was upfront with Gopal about what I wanted and what I expected. He was very down to earth, easy to talk to. I had financing secured prior to shopping and asked Gopal to see if Modern's team could beat my rate. I had a low rate to begin with and they beat it anyway! We came to within $300 of the purchase price I had budgeted. No hassles whatsoever. There was no pressure at any point. No games. I was in and out in about 3 hours on a busy Saturday. Judy, in the finance office, was patient and kind as well. I never felt trapped, had my keys and drivers license the entire time, and was able to stay relaxed the entire time. After the sale, Gopal set up my Bluetooth connection and explained the features of the car.
