Terrific experience for the 3rd time This is the 3rd vehicle I bought from Modern Toyota. They go above and beyond to try to accommodate the buyer. My first car bought from them was a bra This is the 3rd vehicle I bought from Modern Toyota. They go above and beyond to try to accommodate the buyer. My first car bought from them was a brand new 2006 Scion Xb. I had done my research on the internet and walked into the dealership knowing which exact vehicle I wanted. They made it happen quickly and painlessly. When I traded in my Xb (still miss it) last year, I got a used 2011 Tacoma. Again, I found it on the internet and they made it happen. And again a very easy transaction. So, this year I decided that I wanted a bigger, new truck. So I did my online research and found a beautiful blue Toyota Tundra. I thought it was out of my price range but they worked with the numbers (cut the price on the new truck, gave me a lot for my trade) and made me very happy. I believe I will keep this one for quite a while. I can't say enough good things about them and my new truck!! Just loving it. More

In purchasing our Avalon, Jesse from the internet department "got the ball rolling," and Niven "closed the sale." Niven spent a lot of time helping us, and he wasn't going to be happy unless we were happy. The "door is open" for us to come back to him with any questions or concerns; and even though the sale and commission is completed, I know he would give us the same attention we would receive if we were in to purchase a new car.
