I was looking for weeks because the used car market is so challenged right now and inventory is so low. I couldn’t tell you how relieved I was to find the exact SUV I wanted, and that’s just the beginning of our great story. I wasn’t quite sure about driving all the way out an hour away to a car I hadn’t seen before, but it was certified so that made me feel better. When my wife and I arrived there, we were impressed with the entire facility, and then we were greeted with a very warm welcome by Josh our salesperson. We have been to several dealerships so we knew right away Modesto Subaru cares about their customers - you felt the sincerity and NO xx approach was very welcome and appreciated. Big kudos to the sales manager Ahmed - what a genuine pleasure to work with by phone - he didn’t waste my time or his - we just got to business and struck a GREAT DEAL! Thank you sincerely Ahmed! We drove our Subaru Forrester around for just about a mile or two and realized we had found the one! Actually in perfect condition and exactly as it stated in the ad. But what was really amazing is that we couldn’t believe how amazing the service is at Modesto Subaru - from the beginning to the end. The sales manager was amazing, finance was AWESOME and Josh has been helping FROM BEGINNING TO END!. Josh has followed dotted every “I” and crossed every “T” - an absolute pleasure to work with and we would recommend him highly to anyone and everyone! Jonathan was our finance person and he was incredible. Really nice guy easy to get along with no xx - just went right to it, and got through it quickly without a bunch of sales hype and wasted time. Absolute pleasure and it was fast and simple and easy! This was a third vehicle for us and we could not be happier with it. It is performing perfectly. Everything we wanted is exactly! Modesto Subaru and the Team have exceeded or expectations in many ways! We would highly recommend Modesto Subaru to anyone who’s interested in buying a vehicle especially a Subaru. Their service is top notch above and beyond - easy fast simple and straightforward!
