She was amazing: was super friendly, answered all our questions, was very knowledgeable about all the features of the vehicle, and really seemed to be a Subaru enthusiast. She followed up via texts to see how things were going and was very responsive to a couple questions I had. Jesus Franco was great to work with during the financing portion, too. I contacted Emily Gonzalez, internet sales back in March and started a dialogue on the inventory of Subaru Foresters and decided to test drive a Forester with my wife. As an afterthought, we drove an Outback and decided that it was a better option to suit our needs. I did all negotiations via email and text messages with Emily. I had many questions, which Emily answered almost immediately. I appreciated her quick, courteous, and professional responses. I was very impressed with her excellent product knowledge and friendliness. When my Outback arrived and an appointment was made to finalize the purchase, Emily greeted my wife and I in a most friendly and professional manner.
