The service advisor did not introduce himself. He did not have a name tag? Nobody at the dealership had a name tag? He did not listen to what I asked him to do. I talked to the general manager to inform him of my concerns. The general manager said he would contact me when i picked up my car, never happened. The gal who handled my loner car was professional and did a great job. The work done on my car was done well as far as I know. They failed to do a walk through after the car was completed and to inform me of everything that was done and to let me know what they felt needed to be done. Fail to notice back windshield wiper was broken when inspecting the car. Overall. I don't have a lot of confidence in this dealership. I also talk to the service manager he seemed very nice but was new in his job. He listened and was very professional. I wish him nothing but the best. More
