We recently leased a Subaru Ascent from Modesto Subaru and couldn't be more pleased. Debra was informative, friendly and answered all our questions. Over the last year I have brought my Subaru for regular maintenance and have had an extraordinarily good experience each time. Scheduling has been easy, which is important to me, since I live about 60 mile maintenance and have had an extraordinarily good experience each time. Scheduling has been easy, which is important to me, since I live about 60 miles away. I've purchased new tires and brake pads, because my vehicle is used in the foothills and is a 2015 model. I feel I have gotten excellent support service and was never pressured in any way. I especially have appreciated Tamara's help in resetting the screen controls for my Forester after each visit and in making sure I have all the information I need. She knows me by face/name and has made a difference for me. I love seeing young women being given, and exercising authority and responsibility in customer facing positions. She is excellent in all regards. Over my adult life, I have driven many vehicles, mainly Honda's. I'm now a converted Subaru customer!! More

Great Car, subpar salesman I love my new Subaru and I would highly recommend this brand. My only caution would be the quality of the salespeople. They’re pushy and quick to tell I love my new Subaru and I would highly recommend this brand. My only caution would be the quality of the salespeople. They’re pushy and quick to tell you what you want to hear, but when it comes down to making a deal, all of the sudden they forget what they’ve promised. Moreover, the application process took way too long, as my salesman did not know how to spell simple words. He asked me what type of job I had, and I told him I’m a pool plumber. He literally had me spell out every single word, like “pool” and “drive.” Luckily the leadership in the building is of better quality, as well of the finance personnel. They seem to be more upfront and honest. More
