I made an appointment for basic oil change and service, showed up and was told they were too busy to complete my appointment. So I made another appointment for 7:40 in the morning. Salesman would not stop interrupting me. Refused to listen to anything I had to say. I came in with my own loan. They refused to acknowledge my loan through my banking institution (USAA) and Refused to listen to anything I had to say. I came in with my own loan. They refused to acknowledge my loan through my banking institution (USAA) and forced me to go through with a loan application "in case the check bounces". they required that I make a deposit to hold the car 2 days for me.(understandable) At the time of sale they took my credit card to "refund" the deposit "it may take a few days to process"....... over 2 weeks later I had to call in and they had to run my card again to process the refund. Still waiting for that to go through. they got my business because I was tired of dealing with salesmen. They got the car I wanted but that is the best i can say about them. Interior was not the color I wanted and only up-sale meaningless additions not any add-ons I actually wanted to protect and extend the life of my car, but sure offer me an ice-chest and umbrella......how about no. Anti-theft for the catalytic converter? No, we can't do that even tho it is listed as an option. More
