I brought my new RAV4 in due to a leak. Worried hen that I am, it turned out to be the AC water. It concerned me because it felt oily. Had a 3:45 PM appointment for an oil change. Got the vehicle there early and was checked in. 1/2 hour into my wait, the service department had not even started. When I asked a technician in the service garage area what the delay was, he basically told me I just needed to wait because there were other cars in front. Yes, I get that, but what's the point of having an appointment. This gentlemen appeared to be "burdened" to take the time to answer my question. 15 minutes later, and 45 minutes into my total wait time (they had started yet) I decided to take my business elsewhere. Everyone's time is valuable. I highly doubt the dealership would allow me to show up 45 minutes late to my appointment. On this afternoon, the dealership was not busy, everyone was moving on island time, and the lack of customer service/customer communication was very poor. I am giving this review 2 stars because the service agent who checked me in at the counter was very professional. Toyota may be the only game in town in some respects, but you guys really need to get your focus back on the customer. More
we were there yesterday to explore options and purchase. we were well qualified and ready to buy. We were told by Allen who didn't bother to sit down that he not only didn't have to negotiate due to his low inventory but also that he didn't need to sell us a car. this was after we overheard a salesman tell another out loud that he lied to his customer about there being only one highlander and the customer believed him. we watched them swap out the few cars they had on the back of their lot with the cars out front as we left. it seems they don't want customers and also want to make their car lot look empty for sales. talk about deceptive l. So almost a month later after I reviewed this dealership, I received a call from a woman that I advised of my experience. Her response was that I didn't have to take my experience out on her and I could F***off. She then hung up. More
