Everybody was very friendly and helpful. But, typical of a dealership shop, the cost to diagnose, replace and calibrate one sensor was over $1000. Of course the only way to calibrate a sensor was at a GM dealer. The service advisors were of course a bit ashamed or the cost but I bet that's beyond the dealership's control. I'll continue to skip the glitz, glamour and cost of any dealership whenever I can. More

the dealership is a very nice facility. The person that I worked with in the internet dept (Melissa Armstrong) was very good. The sales consultant (Nathaniel Moss) was excellent, very polit The person that I worked with in the internet dept (Melissa Armstrong) was very good. The sales consultant (Nathaniel Moss) was excellent, very polite and professional answered any questions that I had and took me through the vehicle top to bottom. I was disappointed with the way the deal went down. The initial trade in price that I was offered was far short from this vehicles value and I felt like I was being taken advantage of. Two other managers came out to meet with me to try to close a deal, which we did. In the final deal I did get a good amount more, for the trade in, than the original offer which means I would have been taken advantage of if I had gone with the original deal. More
