Very satisfied with my service experience. Staff was friendly and accommodating and the service was completed in a timely manner. I have 2 years car wash with my service plan but when I left the car wasn't washed and I thought I could drive thru myself. However the staff outside said that they would have had to do it. So that would have been great to have had done as part of the maintenance service I was having done. Other than that everything was excellent. And appreciate the coffee and clean waiting area!
