Knowing that we were coming in from out of state, we were annoyed and disappointed that sales did not have the used vehicle that we came to see ready for our inspection. It was filthy, so we had to wait around while they cleaned it up. Did not make a deal b/c Sales Mgr. did not accept a fair offer. After we left, I realized George our sales associate did not give me back my drivers license. He did however stop by our hotel to return it to me. While there I had my truck serviced, service center did a good job. More
