I came in for oil change and also had them check a recall for a trailer brake controller that I had already done myself because another dealer couldn’t do it in time for a trip I had. I wanted them to replac for a trailer brake controller that I had already done myself because another dealer couldn’t do it in time for a trip I had. I wanted them to replace it even though I had already done it myself so the recall would be done through the official channel. However I noticed when I got home they did a poor job of putting the interior pieces back on correctly and now there is a large gaps in the center console. (Brand new truck just over 10k miles) I’m mostly annoyed because I had already done the job myself which was extremely easy and their tech did not do a good job putting it back together at all.
