At the end of the day all I was left with is an engraved scratch that I didn’t see on my many walks around the truck and they still insist was already there thou the sales pictures omit this. If you like frustration and the poorest form of customer service this is the dealership for you! Hope this helps you decide if this dealership is the right fit. More

Excellent opportunity made a deal over phone sales team and entire process and they brought me the vehicle and paperwork to my home at 10 pm because I did not have time to travel up there because I have to and entire process and they brought me the vehicle and paperwork to my home at 10 pm because I did not have time to travel up there because I have to wake up at 345 am to be at work at 5 am. I wish all dealerships are as good as Mohawk Chevrolet that continues my business there is a local dealership for me also but Mohawk keeps me going back to them because no one can compete with their hospitality. Mohawk Chevrolet was amazing, I traveled 2 hours from Fulton to them to buy my electric Chevy Bolt EUV. I recently totaled my car and had a fraud against my bank account that closed my card. I called to explain my situation, and everyone was very understanding. They worked with me and matched my pre-approved loan interest rate, and was able to drive home with the car that same day. Madyson was very helpful and understanding, she and Jessica worked together to give us the best deal and loan that they could do. Madyson was wonderful to work with as she did a wonderful job setting us up with the car and explaining what is offered at Chevrolet for me and my vehicle. James was wonderful and down to earth, very knowledgeable, and explained everything in depth that was easy to understand. He was able to work with me on having my car protected under a reasonable plan and go over coverages. Every person we interacted with at Mohawk was wonderful and did a great job. I would recommend Mohawk Chevrolet to anyone as they are so understanding and will work with you on getting the best deal on getting a car and work quickly so that you can drive it home that same day.
