Unfortunately they are stuck dealing with a product that never should have hit the road. Namely the 2017 equinox. We’re up to $4000 in repairs in less than 2 months due to what turns out to be known issues that have class action suits filed against them. This is my first and last gm product! More

Went in for a windshield wiper recall & my son left with a list of items they said needed to be fixed as if they inspected the entire car when they were only supposed to work on the wiper. List included an a list of items they said needed to be fixed as if they inspected the entire car when they were only supposed to work on the wiper. List included an alignment due to uneven wear on the snow tires. Took the car to warren tire to remove the snow tired and was told absolutely no need for an alignment & tires were fine. More
