Second time we have used Mohawk Chevrolet, first was when they were still Northstar, when service was good. When my husband arrived on a Tuesday they had no sales people working so he brought and did the pa they were still Northstar, when service was good. When my husband arrived on a Tuesday they had no sales people working so he brought and did the paperwork for our trade with a man in the credit dept. Of course they wanted him to leave with the new car the same day. We gave a pick up date as os that Saturday at 10;30. We received a call from them two hours before pick up that we needed to give them the payoff for our Ram... which they still messed up by 1,000.00 dollars. We also were asked to call our insurance company for insurance proof! Mind you they had Wednesday, Thursday and Friday to do all of this. Here we sit five days after pick up and our Ram truck loan isn't paid off yet. When they were Northstar they were better. This was a car for my husband, this fall when I buy a new car we won't be getting a Chevy for them. More
