I brought my Chevrolet in for a replacement car key and fob. The process has been less than pleasurable. After three trips to the dealer I finally got a new fob but to date have not received the new key fob. The process has been less than pleasurable. I was told by the dealers service department they would call me when the key is ready to be picked up, that was 2 months ago. Still have not been called and no new key. Disappointed in Chevrolet.
