From the very first greeting to the end purchase, I feel that the Mohawk Chevrolet's staff went above and beyond. The salesperson Jeff, looked over the inventory for a vehicle that would suit my requireme that the Mohawk Chevrolet's staff went above and beyond. The salesperson Jeff, looked over the inventory for a vehicle that would suit my requirements and needs. I was able test drive the car a second time, to be sure I was making the right vehicle choice. The finance representative Jacob, helped me get a good interest rate with the bank and he worked with me to insure I had the extended warranty I wanted and stay within a reasonable payment budget for it all. Then, there was the Delivery Specialist, Karley, who help me set up the On star, which in it's self was awesome because I sometimes have issues with the technical setups. I also want to say that it was GREAT to have Karley go over all the vehicle features and how to use them. We went in to see what my daughter’s options were about possibly purchasing a used vehicle. We asked the salesperson for some numbers on a certain vehicle, he left us for a few minutes. He came back with a possibly purchasing a used vehicle. We asked the salesperson for some numbers on a certain vehicle, he left us for a few minutes. He came back with a manager and he asked us what he could help us with. I asked him for some numbers for the vehicle so my daughter could see some of her options about possibly purchasing a vehicle. They left us for a little while, then the salesman came back and put a piece of paper in front of us with payment options with really no explanation of any of it. He probably felt that we wasted his time but for a first time car buyer, my daughter left more confused than informed. More
