My new Silverado was delivered to me without be detailed Small scratches/ round dull marks through out Brought back and was detailed and delivered back to me with still small scratches. The reason I went to this dealership was because I needed a quick oil change and tire rotation before heading out of town. The 2 dealerships I normally go to were booked till the end of the month and Mohawk a quick oil change and tire rotation before heading out of town. The 2 dealerships I normally go to were booked till the end of the month and Mohawk Chev had an opening this week. Excellent customer service. By far the best between to 3 chevy dealers I dealt with around the CD. My only complaint is that the cost of my service was much higher that others. Oil change and tire rotation was $111.00 with a military discount. I appreciated the discount but have never paid over $80.00 for that type of service. High probability I won't be returning. May change my mind down the road. Other than that, great experience. More
