Mohawk Chevrolet staff has always been pleasant to work with. I purchase the platinum protection plan with a zero deductible, the price was reasonable. They were up front with about a issue with the EGR while they were prepping the vehicle, the engine light lit up and in diagnostic troubleshooting the issue was with the EGR. Since it was Friday the part was shipped overnight and would arrive Monday morning. Jessica contacted me on Monday to inform me the part has arrived. I picked up the vehicle Monday afternoon, the vehicle was prepped and ready to go. If I ever need another vehicle I will do my business with Mohawk Chevrolet. More
