Didn’t use service, leased a new car. I had a complimentary oil change so I decided to try Mohawk rather than Jiffy Lube that I usually go to. I have been using Jiffy Lube for 15 years. I thought I may switch and use Mohawk for all my servi Mohawk rather than Jiffy Lube that I usually go to. I have been using Jiffy Lube for 15 years. I thought I may switch and use Mohawk for all my service now that the new service center is more convenient at exit 12, however, after my experience of Mohawk not honoring my complimentary oil change, I will not. The oil change was completed on 2/3/22. I was told that the complimentary oil change expired on 1/31/22. If Mohawk can't be a little flexible on the date then I'll go back to Jiffy Lube. More
