Worst experience ever…reached out to them regarding a car…gave them a couple of vin numbers. Met with the salesman a week later…they hadn’t reached out to try to locate the car that i wanted. They too car…gave them a couple of vin numbers. Met with the salesman a week later…they hadn’t reached out to try to locate the car that i wanted. They took a $2000 deposit and said they would do a swap with another dealership. I received a voice mail message three days later saying that my car should be ready on Thursday or Friday and they would call when it was ready. When I reached out for an update I was told that they couldn’t get the car for me and they would put my deposit in the mail…they obviously weren’t going to call me. I will be buying the car from another dealership. Total lack of ethics and horrible customer service…would rate a zero if possible. More

Horrible experience from start to finish. Appointment was 5pm on a Tuesday they didn't look at my vehicle until Thursday. Delay after delay ultimately had my vehicle for almost 3 weeks. Tried to threat was 5pm on a Tuesday they didn't look at my vehicle until Thursday. Delay after delay ultimately had my vehicle for almost 3 weeks. Tried to threaten me into doing significantly more repairs than were actually needed to solve my problem and ultimately needed a 3rd party to step in. If you have the option to visit another dealership for service I would strongly recommend avoiding Mohawk Chevy at all cost. More
