I BROUGHT MY SAFARI IN FOR BEING SLUGGIISH AND SPENT $8000 BETWEEN YOU AND OTHERS TO CORRECT IT. I CAME TO YOU FIRST AND OVER 3 DROP OFFS AND ALL THAT ENTAILS, YOU COULD NOT FIGURE OUT THE PROBLEM. $8000 BETWEEN YOU AND OTHERS TO CORRECT IT. WHY COULDNT A BRAND NEW MULTIMILLION DOLLAR DEALERSHIP NOT BE ABLE TO FIND SOMETHING SO SIMPLE? More

WENT TO THE MOHAWK CHEVEY SERVICE DEPTARTMENT TO HAVE A LOWER VALENCE PUT ON . DROPING OFF THE CAR WAS QUICK AND EASY WITH NO WAITING . WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP THE CAR THE SERVICE DEPT COULDN'T LOCATE THE P LOWER VALENCE PUT ON . DROPING OFF THE CAR WAS QUICK AND EASY WITH NO WAITING . WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP THE CAR THE SERVICE DEPT COULDN'T LOCATE THE PAPER WORK . SO AFTER CHECKING AROUND IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE CAR HAD NOT BEEN IN TO THE SHOP TO FIX THE PROBLEM . I WAS VERY FRUSTRATED AND UPSET. STEVE DUNCAN SPOKE TO ME AND SAID HE WAS TAKING FULL RESPONSIBILIUTY AND THIS SHOULD OF NEVER HAPPENED AND AT WICH TIME THEY PUT SOMEONE RIGHT ON IT HAD HAD IT DONE IN NO TIME ABOUT 15 MINUTES . I WAS ALSO COMPENSATED WITH A FREE OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION . I WAS HOPING THAT THEY WOULD OF KNOCKED SOME $ OF OFF THE TOTAL BILL . More
