horrible service. I went in for a recall that was a quick fix and decided to get my car inspected too. They told me it would be one hour but I waited more than two and I went in for a recall that was a quick fix and decided to get my car inspected too. They told me it would be one hour but I waited more than two and while I was waiting I was talking with other people in the waiting room and there was a family stuck there for more than 5 hours and a few kind folks from our military waiting for their van to get an oil change for 2 hours and they were only there because that's where they have to take their military vehicles...but at least the mechanics in the back sounded like they were having fun as we all heard them loudly joking and goofing off. But here's the WORST part! When I got my car back my right mirror was loose and almost broken and I wasn't happy about that because it was fine before I went in! I confronted the head mechanic about it and he was offended I'd accuse him or his guys of such a thing and somehow I became the bad guy??? Along with Homer S. Homer this is very surprising to me because I also visited the dealership at the same time and I also had a trailblazer which was getting a safety rec Homer this is very surprising to me because I also visited the dealership at the same time and I also had a trailblazer which was getting a safety recall at the end of December. rather than fixing the issue the first time, they actually did nothing at all but "reglued" the switch to my knowledge. Then my heated seats suddenly stopped working. On second appointment, they were all convinced the seat element was completely melted. when I tried to argue with them they actually escorted me out of the building and I had to yell to get my keys back. it was only after this when I got in the vehicle that I discovered they actually did replace the switch this time in and my heated seats magically worked again. even tried to get me to come back because I was across the street with the vehicle and luckily I didn't because they actually called the State Troopers. in other words they tried to charge GM for something he didn't do and actually managed to break something and wanted me to pay $300 to fix it and when I tried to argue with them they didn't want to hear it but instead tried to bully me out of the building. This is one dealership that should have been closed when GM went bankrupt because they are the part of the reason why they went bankrupt in the first place. Unfortunately for them my dozens of phone calls to GM ensured that they did not get their payment for the recall as I still was not convinced they completed it properly. DON'T GO HERE! GO TO DENOOYER OR DEPAULA INSTEAD. More

Recall work, parts availability and scheduling messed up Very dissatisfied....with Chevrolet and Northstar. My car had 3 safety recalls. First repair, they tried to sell me a repair on an unrelated item eve Very dissatisfied....with Chevrolet and Northstar. My car had 3 safety recalls. First repair, they tried to sell me a repair on an unrelated item even after I told them to perform the repair only and not perform any other checks or evaluations. Offered to fix it for $130 and I declined. (Took the car subsequently to my regular mechanic and he said the repair was not necessary.) Second recall went OK. On 3rd recall, I called to make sure parts were available and made an appointment. Dropped car off and got a call back several hours later in the day saying the part was not in stock, and asked if I had made an appointment or just dropped off the car. Now I have to wait for a part again and tie up my car yet another day (that will make 4 days total by the time all recalls are fixed.) Very poor service. More
