I ended up ordering a 2016 Colorado from them. they were extremely helpful in the ordering process, they were fair about my trade in and the final price turned out great also.Truck came in earlier than expected exactly as ordered and a smooth transition into my new truck thanks. Never having dealt with Northstar Chevy, I wasn't sure what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised. Beginning with our salesperson, Matt Trevits, to the manager, Brandon and the entire crew, my wife and I were well taken care of, and were made to feel comfortable and relaxed in what could have been a very stressful situation. Matt was great in working with us to get the best deal possible, and put me into a 2016 Colorado that has been the hit of me and my family. Great job to all, and I would definitely recommend Northstar Chevy to my friends and family!! More

Terrible from the Start My Experience at North Star Chevrolet was terrible from the start. An issue arose concerning my trade in allowance. Attempting to resolve this issue My Experience at North Star Chevrolet was terrible from the start. An issue arose concerning my trade in allowance. Attempting to resolve this issue over the phone turned out to be a major hassle. When you call North Star it’s near impossible to speak to the same person twice. Causing confusion and frustration as a customer, after the issue was finally resolved I came to pick the truck up and sign paperwork. Come to find out the financing numbers were different than what I was told over the phone. (Trying to add 5 months onto my loan in order to cover up an insurance policy I was lied to about). After the paperwork was done and I got in my truck the check engine light was on. In my opinion there is no excuse for the check engine light to be on in a brand new car the day I go to pick it up. The next day when they were able to get the check engine light off. I asked what kind of compensation they could offer for all of the frustration. I was told if I fill out the customer survey with a perfect score, they would give me a free tank of gas. Not only is that a joke for compensation, but extremely unprofessional. The only reason I bought a truck here was because they had the exact one I wanted in stock. If it all possible avoid North Star Chevy like the plague. More

absolutely horrible experience. DO NOT trust Northstar chevrolet. When i bought my car in 2013 i was signed up for the free tire program and was told i would get free tires if i got DO NOT trust Northstar chevrolet. When i bought my car in 2013 i was signed up for the free tire program and was told i would get free tires if i got all my service done at northstar. Well apparently the service department declining my front end alignment for me voided this program so now i will not be receiving my tires. I live in Massachusetts and come to clifton park to get a 50 dollar oil change that takes 4 hours, why would i decline this service? They are a bunch of scam artists. I wouldn't recommend Northstar to anyone. This is the worst experience I've ever had. More

horrible service. I went in for a recall that was a quick fix and decided to get my car inspected too. They told me it would be one hour but I waited more than two and I went in for a recall that was a quick fix and decided to get my car inspected too. They told me it would be one hour but I waited more than two and while I was waiting I was talking with other people in the waiting room and there was a family stuck there for more than 5 hours and a few kind folks from our military waiting for their van to get an oil change for 2 hours and they were only there because that's where they have to take their military vehicles...but at least the mechanics in the back sounded like they were having fun as we all heard them loudly joking and goofing off. But here's the WORST part! When I got my car back my right mirror was loose and almost broken and I wasn't happy about that because it was fine before I went in! I confronted the head mechanic about it and he was offended I'd accuse him or his guys of such a thing and somehow I became the bad guy???
