Service department friendly and professional, good phone communication. From what I saw of the waiting room it was clean. The worst experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. Very un organized. Manager and salesman were never on the same page. Salesman (mat) would never get back to me when I reached out. CEL Problem was not fixed. Horrible communication to customers, horrible customer service and total disregard for wasting my time. I was called and told the vehicle service was completed and everything customers, horrible customer service and total disregard for wasting my time. I was called and told the vehicle service was completed and everything was good to go. When I arrived the vehicle would not start and I went inside to get someone to look at it. The service advisor walked out in the back and asked me if I was using the correct Key FOB to start the vehicle, a vehicle that I had owned for 18 months. It only got worse from that point on as the service advisor began making excuses as to why the truck was not fixed. The only person willing to actively help out and look at the truck was a new employee who had just started. He put a code reader on the vehicle and confirmed that the same codes were present and the vehicle was not fixed. I don't feel like I am getting the service that is required for a new vehicle, especially one that only has 8100 miles on it. More
