It was nice dealing with Don the customer service rep and the dealership in general. Don explained everything they would do, what it would cost, then everything they did, in a way that was understandable to the dealership in general. Mohawk dealership had taken over Northstar Chevrolet. I had dealt with them for 30 years. I loved their service dept. I was so happy to see that Craig Santandrea was now working for Mohawk.
