Had my first preventive maintenance performed at Mohawk Chevrolet. Made the appointment a few days out, customer service rep was very accommodating and was able to work around my schedule. Arrived a few minutes early got checked in and enjoyed a complimentary coffee and used the wifi to keep myself entertained. Waiting area was clean and social distancing was in place.Wait time was reasonable. When car was ready service rep spoke with me and explained the services performed. Overall a great experience. More

The staff we worked with at Mohawk Chevrolet was knowledgeable and easy to deal with. They worked to make us happy, give us a fair deal and make sure we understood the whole process. The awesome people we worked with were Justin in sales, Damien in Finance, and Josiah at closing. I wish I could say that the entire experience was great, but it wasn’t. I found the showroom to be lacking in many areas. First and foremost was the lack of compliance with Covid safety regulations. Many of the staff walked through the room without masks on. This is a large enclosed room that services the public. I felt that the atmosphere was one of total lack of respect and regard for public safety during this unique time of a global pandemic. When I brought this to Justin’s attention he tried to make it better by asking those he saw to put on their masks. But it just wasn’t enough. On our second visit there to pick up our vehicle the same thing was happening. There was a definite lack of compliance for face coverings amongst the MC employees. I found the sales manager, Heidi Joslin, and brought this to her attention. She treated me with disdain and spoke to me in a very condescending tone. Her reasoning was that some people have a hard time breathing with a mask on and she said “we have to be human.” There were signs on all of their doors saying that masks are required to be inside their building. I don’t know why that didn’t also pertain to their employees. In my opinion being human is being considerate and respectful of others which equates to covering your mouth and nose so as to not spread any germs. If we hadn’t already given a check towards our purchase I would have walked out and cancelled it. Heidi Joslin needs management training or a new job or both. She was miserable and did nothing but fuel my anger for the lack of public respect. Another issue there, although minor compared to the lack of masks, was the blaring classic rock playing through the showroom. It made it extremely hard to hear and speak to the person across the desk from me. Even though I do like classic rock, there’s a right and wrong time for it. This just shows me again that there is a lack of respect for the customers. If I had to do this again I would have left before purchasing a vehicle from them and would not go back for any future purchases. More

I was very pleased with the service I received. Dax and everyone I worked with was very friendly and helpful. I ordered accessories for my vehicle that was not available at the time I came to pick up my v everyone I worked with was very friendly and helpful. I ordered accessories for my vehicle that was not available at the time I came to pick up my vehicle and the dealership is willing to hand delivery my accessories. I live about 2 hours away so I was shocked but also very happy they were willing to do this for me. So a big thank you to Mohawk Chevy. twice was at shop for repairs and got screwed twice. No one there is competent. quoted one price charged double if not more. Yesterday was there got charged 100.00 for parts (ok) but then 600.00 for labor one there is competent. quoted one price charged double if not more. Counter people at service department didn't give a hoot to put it nicely, The Manager was already on the phone getting reamed by another customer. Would not suggest any one go there. Service sucks. To bad Norstar sold out to them. We are a local small business and know what customer service is and should be. Mohawk Chevrolet has a lot to learn More
