I had some fun when getting this used car. I know my insurance was slow, and things went way longer than expected, but Justin was patient and helpful throughout the whole experience. However, Damien was quite impatient and rude when discussing paying off my new car. Instead of discussing calmly, he got frustrated quickly and was cutting me off before I could speak then came back as if nothing happened. I Understand that I am a young buyer, but I don’t like that kind of treatment when I was trying to explain my unique situation (literally working in the department that processes the payoffs for the bank that had my loan). In the end, the experience was still positive and I would recommend Justin to anyone buying a car. The lower ratings were only due to the back end difficulties and that didnt reflect Justin’s work.
