Unfortunately, my experience did not end well at Mohawk Chevrolet. I was in the final stages of purchasing what I was told was a 2017 Infiniti, and later found out through my car insurance provider the veh Chevrolet. I was in the final stages of purchasing what I was told was a 2017 Infiniti, and later found out through my car insurance provider the vehicle was in fact a 2015. I was repeatedly told throughout the buying process the car was a 2017 and if I hadn't caught this error on my end, I would've walked away with a vehicle two years older than what I was sold. The sales manager was unapologetic and unwilling to compromise on price even though I was given incorrect information about the vehicle all along. She used condescending language such as, "I don't know if you know anything about math, but..." and ultimately ended up storming off on me when I declined to take the car under the deal that was written up for a 2017. The sales consultant did apologize but there was nothing else done to make up for the mistake, and by that point I had lost my trust in the consultant and the dealership thinking I wouldn't have caught this two year difference on the model. They were aware I was over miles on my current lease and needed to move quickly, yet because of this error I wasted several days I could've spent car shopping by waiting around for a deal that was not quite as promised. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience all around and I hope others (especially young women) are not treated this way when working with the folks at Mohawk Chevrolet. More

Had a great experience buying a car from Mohawk Chevrolet. At first, we were greeted by a gentleman who was very friendly and energetic, but without even asking what we were looking for seemed to t Chevrolet. This was a slightly off-putting because we were prepared to spend a good amount of money and already had a few cars we were interested in, so it made us wonder if we would be wasting our time working with a dealership who would not listen to our wishes. However, this worry subsided when we started working with Dre, who was very patient and clearly listened to us. She took the time to truthfully answer our questions and only recommended cars that met our requirements. The car we bought was already listed at a reasonable price, but we were able to agree on a better price that worked for both the buyer and the dealership. After purchasing the car, Josiah worked with us to explain all the bells and whistles and answer our questions. Josiah was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable about the car and throughly explained all the features. The only hiccup in the process came during the financing portion. We already knew how much money we wanted to put down and the length of the loan, but without even asking us about our financing preferences the finance department employee presented us with two options that we knew weren't good financial decisions for us. When we told him how we wanted to finance, he took at least 45 more minutes to return with new financing options. This was frustrating because he wasted everyone's time by not listening to us the first time. Also, the interest rate on the options seemed very high considering our credit scores, down payment and loan term, and upon researching other options at home after purchasing the car we found many other lenders with significantly lower rates. Of course, nothing he did was out of the ordinary for a used car salesman, but he was clearly acting in the best interest of the dealership and not the buyer which was discouraging when we were spending so much money. I would suggest shopping around for a lender prior to purchasing rather than letting the dealer choose one for you. Overall, this was a painless car buying experience and they had a good selection of safe cars at reasonable prices and I would recommend Mohawk Chevrolet. More

I came across Damien’s and decided he had the overall experience I was looking for to feel confident with looking for a vehicle and financing a vehicle. He did not disappoint. He was working helping sales, service, and even showing vehicles. The previous dealership I went to did not do this on any level. He got me the best bank to work with, even though it was not the interest rate I wanted, he kindly and professionally explained to me why the approval was the way it was. The las dealer did not do this either. I can honestly say it was a great experience working with Damien and Mohawk Chevrolet! Keep up the great work! I love my TRAX! More
