Poor phone response For service I called 3 times to get an appointment. The first time no one answered and they wanted me to leave my name and number but I did not. I called the next day and same thing but this time I left my number for a call back. Nothing. The next call I finally talked to someone and made an appointment. The last time I tried to make an appointment, it was a very similar scenario. I’m tired of companies thinking there time is more important than mine. Unexpected call volume, I’m on the other line, I’m not at my phone right now or, the way I look at it is, we just don’t care and if you don’t like it go someplace else. I just might. More

We were supposed to pick up new truck at 11 am went to pick it up they had the wrong truck cleaned and ready. It was red we were getting a black one the had to put the running board on and detail it.
