Customer Service does not exist My husband and I went in to look at a pre-owned car. We asked for the girl that left me a message to see her, were passed off the a NEW salesman who My husband and I went in to look at a pre-owned car. We asked for the girl that left me a message to see her, were passed off the a NEW salesman who didn't know a whole lot about anything. We test drove the car and after discussing with him the deal we wanted, we agreed to buy the car. That is where the problems (yes problems) began. We were told we had paperwork to sign and then we could take the car - this confused us because we didn't think we could take the car that soon and we really not prepared for that either. I told him we were not in a rush and could come back later in the week to get the car. He said no would not be a problem. we explained that we did not have the other key or the title to the car we trading in. NO problem we could bring it in later. Were told it would be ready at 2:00. We did not plan on doing this, but went to lunch and got the money to pay for the car. we came back early - i told them we were early. We then proceeded to sit there for another 1hr and 1/2 - at 3:00 i started to get a bit mad and had my husband ask what were they doing. No one had said anything to us from the time we came in until WE ASKED. Was told they were still working on the car (what the xxxx were they doing from 11:30 - 3:00). we then had to wait for the finance guy (who ended up having someone else do the paperwork - because he knew at this point i was pissed off). We then met with the tech guy (onstar and other car additions) - He had to stop part way through because we still had more paperwork and the warrantee to talk about - we then finished with the tech guy (who mind you was the only one who wanted to give us something for our time and aggravation - no one else even offered) - he had to fill the car and put the sticker on for inspection - (again what were they doing form 11:30 - 3:00). I was just about ready to say screw this whole thing. The car is great i love it, but the experience was about as bad I have ever had and I have been to a few dealerships. I wish that everyone was as understanding as the pre guy that we dealt with last - at least he finally made me smile. We had more of an experience after this, but I don't feel it is worth my time to even bother, since I don't feel anything will be done about this matter either. You got your sale and that is all that mattered. We were finally told that 65 cars were being picked up that day (if we were told that we could have come back another day). I don't feel it was right for us the suffer and take an entire day to get a car we didn't plan on getting in the first place - just because you wanted to "make your numbers" By the way - we never got out of there until 4:30. More

Waste of my time After receiving an email stating the vehicle I was interested in was "definitely still available" followed by a phone conversation a few minutes later After receiving an email stating the vehicle I was interested in was "definitely still available" followed by a phone conversation a few minutes later, I set an appointment for a few hours later that same day. I drove nearly an hour to the dealership and met with the sales associate with whom I had an appointment with, however he did not have any information on me or why I was there due to "computer issues". After discussing what I was looking for, he stated he was going to provide his Sales Manager my info and check that the vehicle was available for a test drive. A few minutes later, he returned to inform me that the vehicle was sold. After gathering my belongings and walking out to my vehicle, I received a text message from one of the Sales Mangers offering a very unsympathetic apology for the confusion and that he had a similar vehicle "incoming" if I was interested. Needless to say, I will be bringing my business to one of the other Chevrolet dealers in the greater Capital District. More
I was not happy and this is why: I certainly didn’t get a break on the 2018 Colorado I purchased as well as not getting a fair trade in amount for my 2011 Silverado with 42000 miles. I was given $14500 for my truck and then Mohawk Chevy puts it online for $23700. With those practices there will be many pissed off customers as I was. I contacted the owner and out of the blue I am told that my truck is only worth $18000 and sold for $16000.The funny thing is that Mohawk Chevy has close to 20 used trucks for sale and still there but mine was the popular one and sold that quick.In the end I ended paying $32000 for the Colorado. I just received the truck manual today that was missing. I didn’t finance and paid cash, once you do that you are old news! I will not purchase from them again and will not recommend them. Especially when an owner doesn’t even want to talk with an unhappy customer. More

I called the dealer and talked to Leslie about a 2018 Chevy Equinox. I had booked an appointment for that Thursday to come look at it. I took it for a test drive and fell in love with it. Leslie helped me through trading in my old car and getting me into my new Chevy. I also worked with financial manager Scott with all the paperwork and he made it a breeze to get through! I will be returning to get another car when the occasion comes along!! More
Better than Northstar I'm sure that it was somewhat of a challenge to locate the vehicle I wanted, but the sales crew did come through with the vehicle that I wanted. Everyone was very respectful and as helpful as they could be. The one negative that I have is that the tires on the vehicle had yellow crayon markings on some of them. They were very dull and had no tire shine on them, which I have always found on any new vehicle that I have ever purchased or leased. Any other dealership that I leased from had the vehicle spic and span clean and showroom perfect when I came to pick it up. More
