Tarah And Vinnie were great to deal with. Vinnie and Tarah were true professionals to deal with. So much so I bought one of their maintenance plans. I feel that I can not trust management because I had some issues with the vehicle initially and had to ask repeatedly to have them fixed. They repaired most but did not repair the tailgate cap as they said they would. I had the vehicle up there for a week so that they could repair everything and when I went up on Friday July 3rd everything was fixed except for the tailgate. More

We contacted a few dealers online and went with Mohawk Chevrolet. We were set up with an appointment with Andreana Bannon. We met with her and she went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and confident that she was looking out for us and we received what we considered a great deal on a new Equinox with everything we needed and wanted included. Everyone in the dealership was very friendly and seemed to go out of their way to make our car buying experience a pleasant one. More

Fair and Helpful On the first Saturday we could we drove 3 hours from LI to Clifton to test drive a 2012 Jeep Liberty. The vehicle had all the features we wanted and On the first Saturday we could we drove 3 hours from LI to Clifton to test drive a 2012 Jeep Liberty. The vehicle had all the features we wanted and was a FAIR price. We had wanted to test drive since mid-March, but because of COVID, needed to wait. The dealership held the vehicle until we could come up. The vehicle was held until mid-April. Vinny greeted us, photocopied our licenses and gave us the key. The Jeep Liberty was beautiful, clean and polished, inside and outside. The vehicle had an issue from sitting on the lot for a month during COVID shutdown, the coil misfired. The code indicated a misfire on two cylinders, a coil was going. Cody had the codes cleared so we could test drive it. We drove it and liked it. We were ready to buy. What to do about the coil? And, could we get it fixed today so we could drive it home? Cody offered to fixed coil and deliver the vehicle. Not only was the coil fixed, but all of them were replaced and the vehicle was delivered to my driveway as promised. Two drivers drove from Clifton to LI to deliver the vehicle, 3 hours there and 3 hours back. The people of the Mohawk dealership were fair and went out of their way to sell the vehicle and keep me happy. Vinny has called a number of times asking how things are going. So far, so good. More
