Poor communication. My "new" 2020 car suddenly had 5,000 miles on it that was not disclosed in the listing, or when I inquired for further info. I asked for details on my loan interest rate before committing and prepping the paperwork, yet info repeatedly felt held from me until the end. I came back 5 days after test driving to pick up my car, and it was dirty : mud on the back of seats, handprint stains on the ceiling. They quickly wiped it down, but when I got home and showed the car to my family, we moved seats forward to get into the 3rd row and the floor was filled with crushed goldfish and old food. She was driven hard and put away wet... and sold as a "new" car. Speaking of which, that appointment time to pick up the car: they weren't ready for my appointment either and I waited an extra hour watching their sales team go make social media videos in the parking lot. Salesman was rather uneducated about the car sales process, and gave me false information about the car's warranty. I was told my 3 year/36k full warranty would be extended to 41k because of the 5k miles already on it. Welp, that wasn't true. I've had the car for a week now, and my emails to the sales team about my car's missing manuals have gone unanswered. Unimpressed to say the least. More
