Craig was super nice and patient, but we had to bring the car back numerous times. We brought it in for a leak, and the car kept leaking after we got it back. Length of time for service My appointment was at 9am for an oil change and tire rotation. 2017 Suburban We got a decent deal on the vehicle which is the most important part, but it kind of felt like we were at a Chinese restaurant in the mall food court We got a decent deal on the vehicle which is the most important part, but it kind of felt like we were at a Chinese restaurant in the mall food court when we accepted delivery due to the wait time. When we arrived to pick up our vehicle at the scheduled appointment time of 3:30 we kept being told the vehicle was being 'detailed' and that was the delay. We did not leave the dealership until about 5:20 and had to rush to a birthday party that started at 5. We just thought things would have been ready to go as we had agreed on a price and made the appointment the day before. I suppose "detailing" is subjective as there was garbage from the previous owner in the cup holders, an old pair of sunglasses in the center console, the compartment beneath the trunk had not been cleaned, there was a receipt from the previous owner found in the backseat and the interior just was not really that clean in general. Additionally the exterior had some road tar that was easily wiped off with a clorox wipe. If you are going to tell me there is a delay because the vehicle was being detailed it should actually come back clean. I informed the service department when I returned to have the simoniz treatment applied a few days later. I was told the vehicle will be detailed again and again it fell short of my expectations as the same trash that I found in the cup holders on delivery was still in the cup holders. I ended up cleaning the interior myself when I got home. As I previously stated the deal itself was not bad so I am not completely dissatisfied. More
