Due to Covid-19 situation, strange experience buying truck strictly on-line and over the phone, but Samantha, Jude & Mike made it happen with minimal Due to Covid-19 situation, strange experience buying truck strictly on-line and over the phone, but Samantha, Jude & Mike made it happen with minimal resistance...after messaging the Dealership from their (closed offices) new truck lot on a Saturday night, received a call from Samantha early Monday morning to discuss particulars of a new 3500 LTZ truck...completed finance pre-qualification on-line and soon after received a call from Jude to negotiate the sale...Jude had the truck insured, registered, cleaned & prepped; road ready the next day. Met Jude and Mike (Parts Sales Manager) while receiving new truck and Mike helped obtain new gooseneck attachment...Thanks for everyone's help! More
