Best Car Buying Experience Ever As soon as I walked through the door until I left with my new (to me) car, I was treated better then any other dealership I've ever been to. My first visit under new ownership This visit was for an oil change. The 'time in' on my receipt was 9:23 on 12/27/2019. The time out is never indicated. I was at the dealership for ap This visit was for an oil change. The 'time in' on my receipt was 9:23 on 12/27/2019. The time out is never indicated. I was at the dealership for approximately 2 hours for an oil change! Two other customers in the waiting area indicated their displeasure at the length of time for their service. Jameson and Craig are always courteous and have the answers to my questions. Prior to my current 2007 Tahoe I owned a 1996 Suburban, both these vehicles have always been serviced a Northstar. It seems unreasonable for a routine oil change to take 2 hours and I wasn't the only dissatisfied person sitting in the waiting area. Since this was my first visit under the new ownership I will return, but if this is an indication of the type of service to be expected I will probably rethink any future visits. More
