Scott had tried to assure me that using GM rebates and going with a financial institute with a percentage rate would be better than going with a 0% Finance. I bought my car Certified Pre-Owned at this dealership and was told that it had new tires which it did not. I brought it in for an oil change a few months later, and when I picked it up there was a proble and was told that it had new tires which it did not. I brought it in for an oil change a few months later, and when I picked it up there was a problem with the radiator that hadn’t existed before. I had to bring it back in to be serviced and since then have had multiple issues with the radiator and coolant system, and I’ve had the car for only a year. Most recently it needed a repair and the dealership kept it for a week, after keeping my partner waiting several hours while they diagnosed it. I was not offered a loaner car until I basically harassed them into giving me one. However I will say that Jamie kept in touch with me throughout this debacle and kept me informed on the status of my car. Fortunately I sprung for multiple warrantees when buying the car so many of the repairs have been covered. More
