The first night we just talked about different options and where I was at financially and what is it I was looking for. Few days later, I came into test drive a car and still no pressure to purchase. We kept in contact over the next few days and was still concerned with my worries of purchasing a car. We sat down and he just put it all out on the table and still no pressure, which to me is a huge thing.. Jack goes beyond to make sure you are comfortable with all aspects of purchasing a car.. Jack worked with Craig from the Service Dept and both kept me informed about what was happening with the car from inspection to the cleaning to picking it up..They made sure everything was all good before my pick up of my Impala. Jack stayed late as I could not get there in time and he took his time to go over everything with payments to warranty. When he pulled up my new car, he got right in the car with me and went over all the mechanics of the car.. Jack is very patient and just a really nice person.. He made this big decision for me very easy and I feel I can trust him, which I believe are very good qualities of a salesman... I was also impressed with the business manager as well - he offered several options for additional care packages, and did not attempt to "strong arm" the sale.
