The process was made quick and easy once we found what we were looking for. I also didn't meet with Jack Marsh so it was difficult to rate him. A Nissan Altima is not even in the same league with a Chevy Blazer. A Ford Explorer is a Ford not a Chevy. I know what I'm interested in and the price I can afford and offering me options that weren't even close was not helpful. In the end we were pleased with our purchase and the personnel at Mohawk Chevrolet. More

I had a great time at your showroom, got myself some coffee, read my book, took a nice walk on your walking trail, and then I learned that the inspection and maintenance was free of charge, and so was the car wash. They even vacuumed the interior. Five stars! More

My 2024 Tahoe has the rear seat infotainment screen option installed in it. My kids love being able to watch videos while riding in the rear seats and I love that it keeps them quiet on long trips (no option installed in it. This was a nearly $2,000 dollar option in my vehicle. So when the system stopped operating, I was understandably anxious about it. The Service department was great, getting it fixed in a timely manner and my Service advisor Hunter Gamble was top notch. Courteous, confident, and he kept me well informed on all aspects of the repair along the way. Kudos to Hunter and the rest of the Service Team involved!!! More

We welcomed the family atmosphere and I was shocked when I didn’t have to go back and forth over price! The autos were priced to sell and that eliminated the whole “game.” Grace and Aaron were both very knowledgeable about the products they had, even the non Chevy ones! Jacob, our Finance Manager just continued our exceptional service! He shopped around banks and found the best deal which was 2 whole points lower than my credit union!! My family has found our forever dealership. Hats off to the entire team at Mohawk Chevy for an amazing experience. It was so nice to feel valued and not just another number.
