I made a long distance purchase on a used car found on internet and the team here was exceptional from the onset of discussions and inquiries about the car, to the detailing prior to taking delivery and the ride from my hotel in Albany to pick the car up. As a recent GM retiree, this was Outstanding service and wish it could be duplicated across the country. I am so very pleased with the additions the team made to the car to ensure it was safe and exactly what I was looking for. Had a great ride back to Michigan in my new XTS Platinum V Sport. I've had great experiences at Mohawk Chevrolet. I bought a 2015 Sierra 6 months ago from them (great sales team), had some engine problems recently, and they were able to get me in ASAP. They do a great job at communicating timeline and won't leave you in the dark. Considering the amount of work my vehicle needed (covered under warranty, luckily), the turnaround was incredible. Their facility is also quite impressive. I would recommend! More
