I took my 2019 Corvette ZR1 in for a service appointment and Mohawk Chevrolet provided excellent service. I was greeted by Dom Vitti (service advisor) upon arrival. Dom and I discussed the appointment and how concerned I was that this rare car might not receive the proper care (cleanliness, no joy rides, etc.). Dom listened and had the seats and steering wheel covered before it was moved. Before the car was taken back by the mechanic (Tim Benware) he came out and talked to me about the car and the service. The car was taken in almost immediately and the job was completed very quickly. The car was returned to me in the same condition as when it was dropped off. I'm am very pleased with the treatment I received and the quality of the mechanic. I even had a chance to meet the General manager, Travis Horne. What a great guy. We talked Corvettes for a while (he is a Corvette owner also). I can truly say that Mohawk Chevrolet exceeded all of my expectations. More

Getting an oil change was quick and easy, but im not sure why I needed to have my tires rotated so soon? I thought you get your tires rotated every 6000 miles but I was only at 4000. Other than Will, out car pick-up was horrible. ...it took more than 3 hours, we missed our granddaughter's birthday party, and we had to come back as only one key/FOB was found for the car.
