Above and beyond service I went in to get my A/C checked, and was disappointed at the news I received. I was told I needed a new part that would cost me 800 dollars. I have a lease still under warranty and couldn’t figure out why this wasn’t covered. After speaking to the GM we got the price down significantly and scheduled my service to be completed. When I went to pick up my car, I was so pleasantly surprised to find that it was covered in full. When I asked what happened, Ashely who was my service rep, had put in a claim to Honda and got my repair covered in full. She went above and beyond to help me get the best deal for this fix and I couldn’t praise her enough for all she did for me. Also thank you to Thomas for showing me some options while debating on my next steps! You were so helpful and kind, and never pushed me into a decision. Thank you!!!! More

Outstanding Customer Service I recently brought my accord for service and Ashley went above and beyond to be sure the rip in my seat was covered with the protection plan I purchas I recently brought my accord for service and Ashley went above and beyond to be sure the rip in my seat was covered with the protection plan I purchased. She handled the 3rd party company herself and really went to bat for me! She ended up proving my rip should be covered and immediately got me scheduled to have it fixed. She was welcoming and professional and truly exemplifies customer service at its best. I have been with Mohawk Honda for many years, but how she handled this situation solidified my desire to stay with them when my lease is up. More

They made my day! I dropped my diamond ring in my Honda Touring and it went under my seat. I looked EVERYWHERE for it and could not find it...I was panicked! I called Mohawk Honda and had the good fortune of having my car seen right away. The employees in the service department were very professional and considerate. The vowed they would do everything they could to retrieve my ring. I went into the shop where I met with Walt the mechanic. Walt also reassured me that he would do his very best to find my ring and I believed he would. Walt came out to the waiting room, stood next to me and extended his hand which had my ring on his pinky! I was so excited I hugged him. Walt took me into the shop to show me the trip my ring made through my car-he actually had to take the seat out to retrieve it. Walt is my hero and made my day! All of the folks in the service department were fantastic. Imagine my surprise when I went to pay my bill and they told me there was no charge...and they even washed my car! Thank you Mohawk Honda for making my day . More

Ashley is a well-rounded professional in her industry and knows a lot about the different faucets of vehicles - sales, maintenance, services, buying vs. leasing and much more. Although I was at Mohawk Honda for a simple oil change and tire rotation, Ashley shared her various experiencing with me, which I truly appreciate. Ashley also communicates very well and kept me informed regarding the process of my vehicle. Although they were running behind due to the demands of other customers, she constantly checked-in on me to ensure I was content and comfortable. After my vehicle was complete, she went over all the information with me in detail and made sure I knew what took place. Ashley is personable, proficient, and transparent, which are crucial skills for a Service Advisor. More
