I went to Mohawk Honda today to get my 2025 Honda Hybrid inspected and to talk to someone about scratches on my car. As a background, the scratches came from a local car wash. My wife took the Honda there a inspected and to talk to someone about scratches on my car. As a background, the scratches came from a local car wash. My wife took the Honda there and she didn’t notice the scratches until later the next day. We have been going to this car wash for years without incident so I thought the scratches may have come from somewhere else. A week or so later my wife and I took our 2 cars at the same time to that same car wash. To make sure we sent the first car (a KIA) through first and it was fine. It was clean with no scratches. Right after, we then sent the Honda through and it came out with new scratches to the top of the car. This told me that there was a problem with the paint job. Also I have friends that have subscriptions to this car wash and they have never had a scratch on their cars. When I went to drop my car off I showed them the scratches and they sent a person out to look at it. I began explaining that I felt that there was something wrong with the paint job and their technician immediately began talking over me and said it wasn’t possible. I explained that I’ve gone there many times with other cars without incident but the 2 times my Honda went through it was scratched. Also I told him that my KIA went through right before the Honda and it was fine. He kept interrupting me which I thought was very unprofessional so I left. I returned to pick up my car and I showed Doug (the guy at the desk that I had also talked to about it) an article about 2025 Hondas having bad paint jobs (google it) that chip and scratch easily. He looked at it and said “so?” I said “this isn’t just coming from me, other people are saying it.” He told me to take it somewhere else and have them look at it which doesn’t help at all Logically, if my other car, my previous cars, and my friends cars go through that car wash with no incidents but my Honda goes through twice and gets scratches both times, it’s probably a problem with the paint job, especially since other people are complaining about it too. I understand it’s a business and I don’t want something for free. I found their sales staff to be great (I worked with Dalton who was super) but their service department isn’t. They talked over me and they were flat out rude. It’s sad that one department can ruin an otherwise good dealership. Tim More
We were met with a smile and everything was fully explained by our service advisor John Higgins. I have had service preformed there on my Honda before and was so impressed I started having my Ram pic explained by our service advisor John Higgins. I brought my car in for routine maintenance, as I always do, and purchased all new tires for the winter. There was a minor hiccup in the process, and Mike went out of his way to make things right and ensure that I felt like a valued customer. I already did because every time I go there I am treated as if I were a friend or family of Amanda‘s. She is educated and informative and always steers me in the right direction without ever making me feel pressured to do anything I may not want to do. I left my car with them to be detailed while I was out of town and I am overcome with how amazing my car came out. It looks like it did the day I purchased it there. The teamwork, the customer service, the workmanship, the professionalism, and the compassion this dealership puts out to their customers is beyond anything I have experienced with any other dealer. I have been a Honda customer for most of my life, but Mohawk became my favorite quite a few years ago and still is. If I could give them 10 stars on this review I would! Thank you Mike and Amanda for everything you do every day. That dealership is so lucky to have you both there. And thank you Troy for always getting me to my destination safely and with a smile. My car needed some engine work, ended up needing multiple parts replaced. While they had my car for two months waiting for parts, they accommodated me with a courtesy vehicle the entire time. Gunnar multiple parts replaced. While they had my car for two months waiting for parts, they accommodated me with a courtesy vehicle the entire time. Gunnar worked endlessly to make sure my vehicle got top repairs. They wanted to give me a used engine which would've meant more miles. He got me all new parts instead. And thanks to warranty I didn't pay a dime. Thank you to Mohawk Honda, everyone is so personable and professional. I will go there for all my Honda needs! More
i went to this dealership because according to all the slogans they try to correct issues and make things right(we go out of our way to please you).. i took my car here to have some service done, come to slogans they try to correct issues and make things right(we go out of our way to please you).. i took my car here to have some service done, come to find out i was charged and some of the services had never been preformed the service advisor Meghan P directed me to the Service Manager Dan H, he then took me to my car and we both looked in the system and we both notice that the work was not completed, he said he would look into this and get back to me, as of today (7/21/25) i have yet to get a call back from him.. I bought my car from a small dealer had issues with it less than a week of owning it so I brought it into Mohawk Honda not knowing what to expect. My advisor. He was kind, respectful, professional empathetic, honest he put me at ease and reassured me that I would be taking care of, I was very impressed that my car was done early. Victor even called me to check if I wanted the car back the same day and sent me a shuttle. I’m not only impressed by the environment and just the overall friendliness and professionalism, but I definitely want to highlight the service department , you helped me in such a pinch and helped ease my anxiety and I can’t thank you enough, especially Victor More
