Everything was handled efficiently and thoroughly explained. I went in for an inspection but questioned getting an oil change which was not quite due. Nicole explained how to see what kinds of service was due at that time, She also advised me that at the age of my car, it is recommended that the brake fluid also be changed. When she was notified that the alignment was off, she came to the waiting room and explained what the mechanics had found. More

Routine Service I had to come in for routine oil change and alignment. Nicole took care of me and was wonderful - hope to work with her again. Only downside was it I had to come in for routine oil change and alignment. Nicole took care of me and was wonderful - hope to work with her again. Only downside was it took 2 hours for work to be done, which is why I only gave 4 stars. But I still love this dealership-they know how to take care of their customers!! More

Service of Lisa Valentino and Norm Norm is great auto tech. He did a fine job on my car---to my high expectations, no less!. But Lisa helped me with an awkward situation. She handled the situation pleasantly, with promptness, knowledge and confidence. I felt more comfortable after I spoke with her. I have known Lisa for years and she has always willing to help and find out the facts of my concern and give me a reasonable explanation (she is one of the reasons I go to Mohawk for servce rather than Keeler, Lia or Saratoga) Her promotion to manager was well deserved.
