Mohawk Honda is fantastic! My daughter was in a rear end accident, thankfully it was not a major accident. Of course we take the car to Mohawk because that's where we service all 3 of our Hondas. The repairs were completed to the bumper however the cd's jammed during the collision so the radio no longer worked. The insurance company was giving us a hard time about repairing this as the car is older, however it worked pre accident so rightfully so it should be repaired. Lisa Valentino was working with the insurance company, they even gave her a hard time. In the end with Lisa's persistence (even from home, while sick) and getting the tech involved to talk to the insurance adjuster so they could understand that the problem was indeed caused by the accident. In the end the insurance company did the right thing however I don't think this would have happened without Lisa. Thank you Lisa!!! As always your team is a great team! hank you, Sherri Wade More

I am leasing my second CRV from them and soon it will be my third. Every person I have encountered there always went the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction. Today I went there for brake service which I was not happy about. Working with Vincent Huba, Mike Bennice, and Nick Bonarrigo was a pleasure. They totally understood my concerns because of the low mileage on my vehicle. After checking my brakes they fixed the problem at no charge to me. They did all they could do to make sure I left there totally satisfied. I couldn't thank them enough. I would very highly recommend Mohawk Honda to anyone looking for a vehicle or great service. Mohawk Honda is the very best! More

I went in without an appointment and was met by Service Advisor, Nicole Kearby immediately when I arrived. She reviewed with me the service that was needed and provided information about why. My car was serviced quickly and efficiently. When the service was completed Nicole reviewed with me what was done and all the cost. She found an error in the billing and had it corrected saving me $15 in charges. I felt Nicole was committed to making my service experience a positive one. I felt the entire time that I was at the dealership that customers come first. More
Service advisor Nicole Kearney Monday morning all the warning lights on the dashboard of my 2015 Honda Fit lit up like a Christmas tree. We had driven the car over the weekend so i Monday morning all the warning lights on the dashboard of my 2015 Honda Fit lit up like a Christmas tree. We had driven the car over the weekend so i was totally confused and a bit worried about exactly what could be wrong. I called Mohawk Honda (where i bought the car - another tremendous experience) and they told me to bring it in and they would take a look. Driving to the dealership was totally uneventful so I was pretty sure there would be no major issues. Boy was I wrong! I was met by Serivce Advisor Nicole Kearney and told her what I could about the problem. She took my number and said she would let me know what the problem was as soon as she knew. Off to work I went. I received a call later from Nicole with news I wasn't particularly happy to hear. She did a great job of handling a disgruntled customer. The problem involved a cylinder and valve. I know nothing about cars but I knew that wasn't good. They did the replacement and adjustment. It did not solve the problem. Next, all I could hear was something about the fuel injectors. Now, I know that is really serious. I asked about our extended warranty. Would they pay for this repair? Nicole was already in touch with them and waiting for a call back. Next bad news - the parts wouldn't be in until Tuesday morning. Mrph. Another grumpy response from this customer. Nicole was the consummate professional. She assured me that she would contact me as soon as she had any news. Tuesday morning comes and I am really anxious. Fuel injector... isn't that synonymous with really expensive? Nicole finally called me around 1:30 pm. All was fixed - yay! The exteneded warranty covered the fuel injector repair but not the valve repair. So, bottom line, what could have cost over $1200 was now $158. That girl is fantastic! Despite my grumpy attitude, she remained totally professional and understanding of my angst and crabbiness. I am all about customer service. I am telling you, Nicole and Mohawk Honda provided exemplary customer service. This, however, is something I have come the expect from them. We have purchased 3 Honda's from Mowhawk and I can say it has been a series of wonderful experiences. Keep up the great work! Nicole - you are awesome!!! Thanks for everything!!! More
